Willie Revillame's Illness, Movie, Will, and New Girlfriend

A lot has been going on in the life of Wowowee host Willie Revillame lately, with his alarming health condition(s), new Mr. Housewife movie, the draft of his last will and testament, and possibly a developing love life.

Ulcers and Artery Blockage

According to Willy, based on his doctors' assessment, he has multiple ulcers throughout his digestive system, which has caused extensive scar tissue development in his stomach and intestines. Another concern is his heart, which has one blocked artery. In his words:

"Yung aking intestine, may nana. Meron kasi akong sugat sa loob. Kasi nga, ang sakit natin yung hindi pagkain. Dahil alam mo, ang totoo nun, ang dami kong ulcer. Ngayon ang problema ko, may scar yung intestine ko. So doon kami nagko-concentrate. Pero alam mo saan kami nagulat? Yung puso ko may block na isang ugat," relates Willie Revillame about his health condition.

"Eto ang heart, di ba? Maraming veins ‘yan. Yung isang vein dito, isang part dito ng aking puso hindi pumapasok ang aking dugo. Kaya ngayon, bukod sa puso ko, bawal na sa akin ang softdrinks, walang coffee, walang oily food," kuwento ni Willie. Pero bago siya makapagpatuloy ay saka naman siya tinawag para mag-take.

New Movie - Mr. Housewife

Based on it's title, one can pretty much infer what the movie is about. Basically, Willy loses his job and has difficulty finding a new one, so he ends up becoming--you guessed it--Mr. Housewife. He is joined here by former Wowowee co-host Roxanne Guinoo, who plays his wife in the film. The role was initially supposed to go to either Kristine Hermosa, Cristine Reyes, or Bea Alonzo, but due to respective busy schedules and projects, the part went to Roxanne. His children are played by ABS-CBN child stars Sharlene and Nash.

Last Will and Testament

Willie confirmed that it is indeed true that he is drafting a will and testament and it is currently being prepared for him. He has plans on giving his wealth and properties to his children and those unrelated to him that have helped him throughout his career and tough times in his life. His homes and properties he claims will go to his four children, three daughters (including Meryll Soriano) and one and only son. The rest of his wealth will go to others, which he claim will be surprised when they learn he has left something for them.

Why the decision to draft a last will and testament this early in life? He states that due to the sudden happenings in his life, the future may be short and definitely unpredictable. In his own words:

"Actually, pinapagawa ko talaga. ‘Tsaka pinapagawa ko at the same time...may mga importanteng tao sa buhay ko na gusto kong ilagay doon na hindi ko kamag-anak. Hindi kasi, nung down ako sa buhay, nandiyan, e. So, hindi ko makakalimutan ang mga taong ‘yun.

"Kung napamahal man ako sa kanila, I don't think na hindi dapat pag-anuhan ng mga anak ko. Kasi nung time na down na down ang tatay ninyo... Kasi yung mga properties ko naman ngayon, fully paid na lahat. Wala akong utang."

Balak niyang ibigay ang mga land properties sa mga anak—tatlong babae at isang lalaki. Ang isa ay ang aktres na si Meryll Soriano, at ang kanyang unico hijo na si Juan Emmanuel, o Juamee, ay anak niya sa dating beauty queen na si Liz Almoro.

Aniya, "Yung Capitol [bahay], regalo ko na kay Meryll. Pinaayos niya. Inaayos na [ang paglipat sa pangalan ni Meryll]... Ganun din, e, bibigay ko rin naman sa kanya lahat yun. Yung sa Tagaytay ko, hati-hati silang lahat na mga anak ko kasi 4,000 square meters yun, e. Malaki yun, e."

Sa pagpapatuloy niya, "Basta magugulat na lang lahat ang mga taong hindi nila ine-expect na meron. Basta meron. Actually, yung last will and testament ko, kaya ko ginawa ‘yan, kasi sa pangyayari sa buhay ko na napakabilis. So, alam mo, baka mabilis lang lahat, e. So, kung meron man akong na-invest ngayon, para sa mga mahal ko sa buhay—una, sa apat kong anak, maghahati-hati yan—‘tsaka yung mga taong importante sa buhay ko, na naging part ng buhay ko, especially yung krisis ng buhay ko."

New Girlfriend?

And finally, there is the news of his "mystery date" that he brought to the Star Magic Ball last June 29 at the EDSA Shangri-La.

According to Willy:

"Hindi, nag-guest yun sa Wowowee kasama yung mga candidates ng Slimmer's 'ata yun. Taga-Obando, Bulacan. She's 19 years old na sa CEU [Centro Escolar University] nag-aaral. Ang kinukuha niya, Tourism. Simpleng babae, napakamahinhin. Parang Charo Santos gumalaw. Yung ano, simpleng babae, pino.

"‘Tapos nung dumalaw ako sa kanya sa Obando, pinuntahan ko. Medyo gabi na noon. Medyo iskinita yung lugar. Simpleng bahay lang. Nandun ang lolo niya, ang lola niya. Pamilyang ano, probinsiyana. Hindi lumalabas ng bahay. Hindi alam yung mga night life dito sa ano, para kang nakakita ng Lucy Torres sa Bulacan. Natuwa naman yung lolo niya nung makita ako.

"'Tapos nagte-text kami. Bumabaha pa nga sa kanila. Minsan magte-text siya sa akin, ‘Huwag ka na pumunta, nagbabaha, high tide.' Nagbabaha talaga!

"Simpleng buhay lang siya. Tinanong ko nga sa kanya bakit niya nagustuhan doon. Bakit hindi lumipat dito? Nag-aaral siya, bakit di siya mag-dorm? Sabi niya, ‘Hindi ko puwedeng iwanan ang lolo't lola ko. Kami ang nag-aalaga sa kanila.' Nagma-mano..." tuluy-tuloy na kuwento ni Willie.

Reportedly, the girl's name is Nadine Ignacio. But regarding their relationship status, Willy states that there is nothing more than just mere seldom textmates between the two of them as he does not want to end up hurting the girl in the long run.

"Nagugustuhan ko siyang kausap. Ayoko siyang ligawan ‘tapos lolokohin mo lang? Kawawa ito," says Willie Revillame about his rumored new girlfriend.
